This programme focuses on practical skills learning. You will spend a massive 70% of your study time in the kitchen and the rest on enhancing your underpinning knowledge of food hygiene, cost control, and kitchen management before graduate.
The programme duration is 15 months, including a 3 months On-Job-Training in well-established F&B outlets or hotels. Upon completion of the programme, students will receive the Malaysian Skills Certificate Level 2 & Level 3 certified by the Department of Skills Development (JPK).
